The adviser is an independent investment adviser and commodity pool operator that manages pooled investment vehicles such as private and public investment funds. Its general partner is Rhoads Lucca Capital Management, Inc. (RLCM).

John D. Rhoads has been the Chairman and CEO of RLCM since it was founded in 1996. He is the Chief Compliance Officer and he is one of its principals and serves on its Investment Committee. RLCM is a Securities & Exchange Commission Registered Investment Adviser and it is the successor firm to a financial planning firm founded by Mr. Rhoads in 1980. He is a member of the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM).

David A. Lucca has been with the firm since 1988 and has been the Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of RLCM since 1996 and serves on its Investment Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Lucca has been registered under the Commodities Exchange Act (CEA) as an associated person of RLCM and has been a member of National Futures Association (NFA) in such capacity, each since August 2005. Mr. Lucca began his investment career in 1986 as a financial planner. He is a member of NAAIM, having served as its President, Chairman and a member of its Board of Directors.
